All assessment at the TEFL Training College is via the submission of assignments after the completion of each online TEFL / TESOL module. Assignments are to be submitted online from the student’s access area. The student will then receive an assignment feedback form from their personal tutor providing a grade and tutor comment.
A student may appeal the grade/assessment by contacting their tutor by email. If the student is, for whatever reason, not satisfied with the tutor’s handling of the appeal, they may forward the issue to our administration for further review. If the Academic Director finds in favour of the student, then the student will be issued with a revised assignment feedback form. The Academic Director’s decision in such cases is final.
We will always attempt to appease all parties where necessary and truly believe in a fair and transparent procedure for dealing with all disputes.
