How to find and English Teaching Job?

Welcome! The TEFL Training College invites those wishing to teach English Abroad to read further and to empower themselves to find employment as an English teacher abroad. Many Graduates of the TEFL Training College have successfully found teaching positions in Asia, Eastern Europe, Europe, the Middle East and South America.

We will empower you to find an English Teaching Job!

  • Aged between 18 and 65 (dependant on employer requirements)
  • A Native English Speaker (or fluent)
  • General suitability for teaching abroad for one year (presentable / healthy).
  • Hold a valid passport with at least two years still to run.
  • No Criminal Record (Police clearance certificate)

In addition, the candidate should have:

  • A Degree and a TEFL / TESOL qualification. * Those who are currently working towards a TEFL / TESOL qualification will be considered.
  • Some work experience would be preferable, but usually not essential.

Many employers will also need you to provide a passport photograph of yourself (which can be attached to your Resume/C.V.) and a copy of the front page copy of your passport (should have at least two years to run).
